If Islam Makhachev remains #1 in the UFC Pound-For-Pound rankings through December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no next UFC fighter to be ranked 1st in the Pound-For-Pound rankings within this timeframe, this market will resolve to “Islam/No Next #1 in 2026”.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the UFC (https://www.ufc.com/athletes).

Don't sleep on Khamzat just because he's at #3. He absolutely mauled Dricus Du Plessis to take the Middleweight gold in August

Khamzat has fought the strongest in his league and has absolutely steamrolled everybody. Never came close to a tie, has only gotten better. Takes very little damage in his fights usually. Only his health issues are a downside, but he has recovered every time. Unless he's forced to go up in weight I think he will reign long and hard without a doubt
